Position 1: Salesforce Developer
This person will be responsible for design, development, implementation and support of the solutions built on the Salesforce platform.
Job Description:
Participate in all phases of software development
Conduct functional analysis of the software
Offer technical support for prototyping, coding, testing, pre and post deployment
Develop customised applications
Develop user interfaces and good quality application logic
What we are looking for:
Good understanding of the e-commerce industry both B2B and B2C models
1 – 2 years Experience in developing interactive web based applications
1 – 2 years Experience building business applications using C# or JAVA
1 – 2 years Experience working on Web Services APIs with Salesforce
1 – 2 years Experience in Apex / Visualforce development
3 – 5 years overall development experience
Requirement:
B.E. (Computer Science) or any other qualification that supports the Job Description
Preference:
Candidates with Salesforce.com Developer certification will be preferred
Position 2: Fulltime Salesforce Trainer
This person will be responsible to support a growing team of Salesforce trainers and consultants who will need to perform scoping calls for those interested in learning Salesforce.
Job Description:
Offering training, customising training modules and devising training strategies and planning to meet the needs of the trainees and clients
Designing, deploying and acquiring innovative and new training programs that are customised towards achieving Salesforce proficiency
Conducting both in-centre and online training
Coaching, training and providing timely feedback to trainees to improvise their learning standards and better understanding
Accountable for sticking to the basic plan, scheduling meetings, adhering to commitments, achieving client satisfaction
Ensuring quality, scalability and predictability of deliverables
Being up-to-date on the present and ever evolving Salesforce technologies
Keeping the management duly informed about the progress, issues if any, corrective actions taken on issues and escalating demanding issues at the appropriate time
Supporting the growing team of Salesforce consultants
Help with business process reviews
Reporting findings, Creating Specs, Brainstorming ideas, Answering questions and Asking the right questions to trainees
Inspiring learning and being a source of encouragement
What we are looking for:
2 – 3 years Experience working on classroom and online training
2+ years Experience in training on Salesforce
General knowledge of sales processes and methodologies
Proficiency in basic MS Office
Ability to thrive in an team-oriented environment
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to learn and apply new and innovative concepts in quick time
Ability to work independently without the constant interference of management
Strong organisational skills and detail oriented
Adaptable and flexible to meet the requirements and demands

Ability to create new training modules, guides and manuals
Requirement:
Must have completed Salesforce certification. Any graduate who has training experience and is qualified to suit the requirements of the job description. Expected to work for 8-9 hours a day.

Candidates with additional experience on Salesforce training are preferred.
Position 3: Freelance Salesforce Trainer
Same as Position 2 except that the payment will be made per session basis.
